What Cliena is doing
Recognise
All comments on a post are automatically recorded and checked for illegal content (Focus: German law).
Enforce
Illegal content is reported automatically. The responses from the platforms are evaluated automatically.
Escalate
If platforms do not remove content or respond, the case will be escalated to an out-of-court arbitration body in accordance with the DSA after a quality check by a lawyer.
Securing
Preservation of evidence included: screenshots of content, message and reply – comprehensively documented.

No. Cliena is a technological system for automated legal enforcement. Legal processing is handled by LegalAid.
Do you guarantee deletion?
No. We guarantee that all legal avenues will be exhausted to the maximum extent possible—including DSA escalation.
